UtilPix respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. Since our tools process images uploaded directly by users and do not host a public gallery of user content, most processing is transient. However, if you believe content associated with UtilPix (such as blog content or site imagery) infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a DMCA takedown notice
Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (address, phone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
